India Bike Week
The 10th edition of India Bike Week, the country’s largest biking festival, is set to take place on December 8 and 9 in Goa. Except for the 2021 edition, which was held at Aamby Valley due to complications arising from COVID-19, the festival has consistently been hosted in Goa.
The festival promises a wide array of activities and events for biking enthusiasts to enjoy. Attendees can look forward to live music performances, seminars, workshops, and amateur races. Additionally, there will be shopping stalls offering various motorcycle-related products, and rides planned around the event, showcasing the scenic routes of Goa.
Leading up to the festival, ‘Chai Pakoda’ rides will be organized across the nation, aiming to unite like-minded motorcyclists over short breakfast rides. These rides will take place on Sunday mornings in 20 cities across India, starting on September 17
Martin da Costa, the CEO and Founder of Seventy EMG, the organizing entity behind the event, expressed his excitement about partnering with Gulf Oil for the festival’s ten-year anniversary. He noted that India Bike Week has played a pivotal role in fostering the growth of motorcycling culture in the country over the past decade. Thousands of riders from all corners of India come together during the event to celebrate camaraderie, fun, adventure, travel, independence, and the opportunity to connect with fellow enthusiasts. In its tenth edition, the festival is expected to be the most epic one yet, featuring a substantial lineup of events, including Chai-pakoda rides, ride-outs, a music festival, food trails, and more.
