News Story

Hero has brought back the Glamour to India’s streets, following its discontinuation in 2020 due to the stricter BS6 emissions standards. The reimagined Hero Glamour now boasts the same powerful engine as its higher-spec counterpart, the Glamour XTEC, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this revamped marvel.

Engine

Powering the heart of the Hero Glamour is an air-cooled, 124.7cc, single-cylinder engine that delivers a robust 10.5hp at 7,500rpm and 10.4Nm of torque at 6,000rpm. This dynamic engine is mated to a slick 5-speed gearbox, promising a thrilling and efficient ride.

Beneath the Surface

The Hero Glamour features a sturdy diamond frame that expertly cradles its potent engine. Up front, it’s equipped with a reliable telescopic fork suspension, while the rear boasts preload-adjustable twin shock absorbers. This combination ensures a smooth and controlled ride, even on challenging road surfaces.

Braking Brilliance

Choose your stopping power with the Hero Glamour. It’s available with either a 240mm disc or a 130mm drum brake at the front, complemented by a 130mm drum brake at the rear. Opting for the disc brake slightly increases the Glamour’s weight to 122.5kg, compared to 121.3kg with the drum brake.

Tech at Your Fingertips

Hero has integrated their proprietary i3s stop/start tech, ensuring both fuel efficiency and convenience. The fully digital dash, though lacking Bluetooth connectivity, provides all the necessary information at a glance. Additionally, a handy USB charging port keeps your devices powered up on the go.

Colors to Suit Your Style

Express your personality with the Hero Glamour, available in three striking colors: Candy Blazing Red, Techno Blue-Black, and Sports Red-Black.
