Hero has launched the Xtreme 160R 4V in India. The bike is powered by a 163cc, 4-valve, single-cylinder air-cooled engine. The new engine makes 16.9hp power at 8,500rpm and 14.6 Nm at 6,500rpm.
The Standard and Connected variants of the Xtreme 160R 4V weigh 144kg, while the Pro variant weighs 145kg.
The Hero Xtreme 160R 4V gets a new golden 37mm KYB USD fork in the front. The new monoshock at the back is a 7-step preload adjustable unit by Showa. This suspension though is only available on the top-spec Pro variant while the other two variants make do with a telescopic fork/monoshock set-up.
The bike can be delivered with either a single-seat or split-seat set-up. The bike also gets a dual-tone paint scheme and a redesigned full-LED headlight. with new premium switchgear.
The Hero Xtreme 160R 4V gets a Bluetooth-enabled negative LCD display with call and notification alerts, phone mount, and bar end mirrors.
The Hero Xtreme 160R 4V is available in three variants, Standard (Rs 1,27,300), Connected (Rs 1,32,800), and Pro (Rs 1,36,500).
