The new KRT Edition for the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R has reached Indian Market. The updated KRT colour scheme features a splash of yellow, along with the ususal Black and Green.

Price and Colour

The new KRT Edition paint scheme is the only colour option available on the Ninja ZX-6R in India.

The bike was initially Launched at a price of Rs 11.09 lakh in January, then the price went up slightly to Rs 11.20 lakh, and now been sizeably bumped up to Rs 11.53 lakh (ex-showroom, India).

Engine

Mechanically, the bike gets the same high-revving, 636cc inline-four engine, housed in a twin-spar perimeter frame. Power output is at 129hp (with ram air, 124hp without it) and the torque is at 69Nm, these peak figures come in at 13,000rpm and 11,000rpm, respectively.

Ride Modes

The bike comes with four riding modes – Sport, Road, Rain and Rider. You also have a quickshifter as standard (upshifts only). All the settings present in the bike can be configured through the colour TFT dash, which also features Bluetooth connectivity.
