KTM has taken the Indian motorcycle market by storm with the introduction of the Gen 3 390 Duke, priced at an enticing Rs 3,10,520 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bookings are now open, with deliveries scheduled to commence by mid-September.
Unveiling the Gen 3 KTM 390 Duke Engine and Chassis
Under the hood of this next-gen 390 Duke lies a host of exciting updates. The highlight is the all-new motor, boasting a displacement of 399cc. What’s more, it delivers a potent 45hp and 39Nm of torque, a significant bump of 1.5hp and 2Nm compared to its predecessor. This powerhouse of an engine finds its new home in a redesigned trellis frame that showcases an aluminium sub-frame.
But that’s not all; KTM has also graced the Gen 3 390 Duke with a set of all-new suspension components. The updated model features a revised upside-down fork and an offset monoshock that attaches to a redesigned swingarm, promising an even more thrilling ride.

Riders now have access to three distinct riding modes: Rain, Street, and Track. Each mode offers sharper power delivery. If you crave excitement, the Track mode includes features like launch control.

The 250 Duke is powered by the reliable 249cc engine that has been its hallmark since its inception.
