TVS Kickstarts Discounts in the Upcoming festive Season

News Story

The festive season is approaching, bringing a wave of new launches and exciting discounts in the motorcycle market. TVS has kicked things off by launching a new base variant of the Raider on September 23, and now it has announced a price cut for the Ronin, reducing its price by ₹15,000.

TVS Ronin Price Cut

New Pricing: The TVS Ronin is now available in four variants: SS, DS, TD, and TD Special Edition. The price drop applies only to the base SS variant, which is now priced at ₹1.35 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). This makes the Ronin SS significantly more attractive, especially since the next variant, the DS, is priced at ₹1.57 lakh.

Competitive Edge: With this price reduction, the Ronin SS is now positioned ₹15,000 below the Royal Enfield Hunter 350, which ranges from ₹1.50 lakh to ₹1.75 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai). This strategic move by TVS aims to attract potential buyers of the popular Hunter 350 to its showrooms.

Specifications of the TVS Ronin

The TVS Ronin is powered by an air/oil-cooled, 225.9cc single-cylinder engine that produces 20.4 hp at 7,750 rpm and 19.93 Nm of torque at 3,750 rpm. This engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox featuring a slip-and-assist clutch. The Ronin has a kerb weight of 160 kg when its 14-liter fuel tank is full.

Features

Even the base SS variant comes equipped with impressive features, including:

Fully digital display

All-LED lighting

Adjustable brake and clutch levers

USD (Upside Down) front fork

This price cut and the appealing features of the Ronin SS are expected to make it a competitive option in the market, especially as the festive season approaches.
