Yamaha has Revealed the Tenere 700 World Rally edition.

The bike is powered by a liquid-cooled, 698cc, parallel-twin engine which makes 74.8hp power at 9,000rpm and 69Nm of torque at 6,500rpm.

The new variant makes a slightly higher peak output figure due to the Akrapovic exhaust.

The bike has a two-piece seat, the seat height can be raised to a towering 890mm. The fuel capacity of the motorcycle is 23 liters, and the bike weighs 219 kg, this World Rally weighs 14 kg more than the standard Tenere 700.

Being an Adv model, The bike gets an adjustable up-spec suspension unit. The KYB front fork is fully adjustable and the aluminum piggyback shock, both have 20mm more travel. The variant also comes with an adjustable Ohlins steering damper for added stability off-road.

This World Rally edition has a titanium and carbon-fiber Akrapovic slip-on exhaust.

Feature-wise, there are three levels of ABS on offer and all the data is displayed via a colour TFT dash. This TFT dash can be paired to your smartphone via Bluetooth for navigation and notification alerts.

The Tenere 700 World Rally is offered in a unique Yamaha Rally Racing colourway with a base blue shade overlaid with pink and silver highlights.

The factory Yamaha dirt bikes pay homage to Yamaha’s off-road racers of yore and will be used by Yamaha riders Alessandro Botturi and Pol Tarres in the 2023 season.

Unfortunately, the Tenere 700 is not going to be making its way to India anytime soon.
