Bajaj Auto has unveiled the updated Pulsar 150 for 2026, introducing subtle yet significant updates to one of India’s most enduring motorcycle nameplates. The refreshed model now starts at ₹1.09 lakh (ex-showroom).
The biggest upgrade comes in the form of LED lighting — the Pulsar 150 now features an LED headlamp and LED turn indicators, marking a first for Bajaj’s classic Pulsar lineup. Previously, LED setups were exclusive to newer-generation models such as the Pulsar N150 and N160.
Alongside the lighting update, Bajaj has added revised graphics and new colour options, taking visual inspiration from the recently updated Pulsar 220F. However, the overall silhouette, muscular fuel tank, and semi-sport ergonomics remain unchanged.
Mechanically, the Pulsar 150 continues with the tried-and-tested 149.5cc, single-cylinder engine, producing 14hp and 13.4Nm of torque, mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The chassis, suspension, and braking setup are identical to the previous generation, ensuring the same familiar ride character that’s made the Pulsar 150 a household name for decades.
The updated range is priced as follows:
₹1.09 lakh – Base single-disc variant
₹1.12 lakh – LED headlight single-disc variant
₹1.15 lakh – Twin-disc version
While the updates are incremental, Bajaj’s strategy appears focused on keeping the Pulsar 150 relevant amid competition from modern 150–160cc rivals, offering refreshed style and features without sacrificing the core attributes that define this iconic machine.
