Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini launched in India at Rs 1 crore

News Story

Ducati has launched the Panigale V4 Lamborghini in India at a jaw-dropping price of Rs 1 crore ex-showroom, bringing its most exotic superbike collaboration to the country. This is the third Ducati-Lamborghini special edition after the Diavel 1260 Lamborghini and Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini, and it joins the Indian market as an ultra-rare collector’s machine.

The Panigale V4 Lamborghini was showcased at Lamborghini’s Mumbai showroom, where Ducati displayed the bike’s carbon-fibre-heavy design and striking special-edition finish. Globally, the motorcycle is limited to 693 units, with 630 bikes wearing the black-and-green livery and an additional 63 units reserved for Lamborghini Ad Personam owners, who can customize their bikes to match their Revuelto.

Special edition details
This Panigale V4 stands out with extensive use of exposed carbon fibre across the fairing, tail section, front and rear mudguards, and exhaust cover. Ducati has also fitted an Akrapovič titanium under-belly exhaust with a carbon-fibre tip, helping the bike shed weight and improve performance.

The special edition uses the 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine, which now makes 218.5hp and 122.1Nm. Ducati says the bike can sprint from 0-100kph in 2.5 seconds and reach a top speed of over 350kph, putting it firmly in hyper-sport territory.

Performance and weight
Along with the power increase, Ducati claims the bike is 2kg lighter, with a wet weight of 185kg without fuel. That combination of more power and less weight should make it one of the sharpest and fastest Panigales ever built.

The bike also gets a billet aluminium plate at the steering head with its unique identification number. That number appears on the 6.9-inch TFT display during startup, reinforcing its collectible status and limited-production identity.

Design and exclusivity
The special black-and-green livery carries the number 63, a reference to 1963, the year Lamborghini was founded. That detail ties the motorcycle directly to Lamborghini’s history and makes the collaboration feel more authentic rather than just cosmetic.

With only a handful of units allocated globally and an India launch now confirmed, the Panigale V4 Lamborghini is clearly aimed at buyers who want rarity as much as performance. It is less a standard motorcycle and more a rolling piece of Italian design and engineering theatre.

Market position
At Rs 1 crore, the Panigale V4 Lamborghini sits far beyond the regular superbike segment. It is meant for collectors and enthusiasts who want something even more exclusive than a typical flagship Ducati.

The bike’s combination of limited numbers, unique styling, and high-end components makes it one of the most desirable two-wheelers to arrive in India this year. For buyers with the means, it offers the kind of garage appeal that matches a Lamborghini Revuelto parked beside it.
