Hero MotoCorp has expanded its Vida electric scooter lineup with the new VX2 Go 3.4kWh variant, priced at Rs 1.02 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi, after subsidies). This variant features a dual removable battery setup offering a real-world range of around 100 km, significantly improving over the older 2.2kWh single battery model.
Powered by a 6kW motor producing 26 Nm of torque, the scooter reaches a top speed of 70 km/h and supports Eco and Ride modes. The new variant includes practical features such as a flat floorboard, 27.2 litres of under-seat storage, and smartphone connectivity. Hero also offers a Battery-as-a-Service option reducing the upfront cost to Rs 60,000 with a monthly pay-per-kilometre fee.
Deliveries began in November 2025 across VIDA dealerships, making the VX2 Go 3.4kWh an appealing choice for urban commuters seeking extended range with convenient removable batteries.
