MV Agusta has unveiled the Brutale 1000 ABT, a limited-edition high-performance naked bike developed in collaboration with German tuning specialist ABT Sportsline. Production is capped at just 130 individually numbered units worldwide, marking ABT’s 130th anniversary with a very exclusive motorcycle package.

The Brutale 1000 ABT is powered by a 998cc inline-four engine updated to meet Euro 5+ regulations. MV Agusta has made several mechanical revisions, including new camshafts, revised engine mapping, improved throttle response, optimised gearbox ratios, and a shorter final drive ratio. In standard form, the engine produces 201hp at 13,500rpm and 116Nm at 11,000rpm.

For buyers who want even more performance, MV Agusta is offering an optional racing kit that adds an Arrow titanium slip-on exhaust and dedicated ECU mapping. With that setup, output rises to 208hp at 14,000rpm, pushing the Brutale 1000 ABT even further into superbike territory.

The bike is equipped with electronically adjustable Öhlins suspension at both ends, while braking comes from dual 320mm front discs with Brembo Stylema calipers and a 220mm rear disc. MV Agusta has also focused heavily on weight reduction, fitting forged wheels and 19 carbon-fibre components, including the front mudguard supports, airbox cover, fuel tank side panels, front spoiler, rear wheel cover, and engine covers.

Visually, the Brutale 1000 ABT stands out with its Nero Carbonio Metallizzato and Rosso Fuoco colour scheme. Every motorcycle is individually numbered and comes with an exclusive ownership package that includes the racing exhaust, ECU map, painted carbon-fibre pillion seat cover, swingarm pivot adjustment plates, a dedicated bike cover, and a certificate of authenticity.

Priced at EUR 40,990 in Italy, or roughly Rs 46 lakh, the MV Agusta Brutale 1000 ABT is aimed squarely at collectors and enthusiasts who want one of the most exclusive and powerful naked motorcycles in the world.
