TVS Motor Company has launched the Ronin Agonda Edition at ₹1.31 lakh (ex-showroom), adding a fresh new look to its popular neo-retro roadster lineup. The launch took place at the fifth edition of TVS MotoSoul, the brand’s annual motorcycling festival celebrating custom culture and rider community.
Design and Inspiration
The Agonda Edition is the first of a new series of limited-edition Ronin models. As the name suggests, it draws inspiration from the laid-back aesthetic of Goa’s Agonda beach. The bike features a white paint base complemented by blue and red retro stripes across the fuel tank, a unique Agonda badging on top, and a new seat cover that completes its special-edition styling.
Engine and Mechanics
Mechanically, the Agonda Edition is identical to the base variant of the TVS Ronin. It continues to use the 225.9cc single-cylinder oil-cooled engine, producing 20.4hp at 7,750rpm and 19.9Nm at 3,750rpm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox and slipper-assist clutch for smoother shifts.
Features and Equipment
Since it’s based on the entry-level variant, the Agonda Edition gets single-channel ABS and an LCD instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity. However, it misses out on premium touches from the higher variants — such as dual-channel ABS, adjustable levers, and the golden USD fork.
Pricing and Availability
Positioned between the base and mid variants, the Ronin Agonda Edition costs ₹5,000 more than the base model. TVS confirmed that deliveries for this special edition will begin across dealerships nationwide by the end of December 2025.
